BSNL undoubtedly India biggest internet broadband services but sorry to say your services is most lethargic I am living example of this where I am working we used BSNL broadband but after some time we have seen this services is not effective compare then other services in rainy season we waiting for internet signal but it never comes so my experience is dangerous with this I want to suggest that they should establish their services and R&D department so they can win the heart of castomer.
