I am one of those very dissatisfied customers who have used BSNL Broadband and hated it like anything due to their internet speed and customer care services.
They have the most unprofessional people sitting in their office who don’t even have any idea about what services they are providing and what solution they should provide.
You can say their people are the most useless employees in the industry or they become good for nothing after joining BSNL.
Worst Service EVER! I had to cut my connection due to their speed and services.Dissatisfied Customer.
