BSNL is the oldest and a slow performing internet service provider. I would like to share my experience here about this product.
The internet hardly works during the day or night. During the first 10 days if the month the internet signal is good but later during the month is out of order. The speed is very low compared to other service providers.
The connectivity is very bad. Due to wire transmission, it often breaks down and the connection gets very difficult for using the internet. Its not reliable.
Problem solving is very slow. The customer support team takes days and weeks to get to a solution.
