Bsnl broadband service is worst. I have used Bsnl broadband more then 3 months. First month their service was good but internet speed was not fast enough. Internet plans are not very expensive so I was get this broadband connection. But in second month I realized that it was my biggest mistake that I get bsnls broadband connection. Their service is worst then other broadband providers. Connection disconnected automatically while using. I call bsnls service center many times but they did not solve my problem and said its temporary and we are working to provide best service. In one month I use Internet only 15 days. But they charged for full month. This thing disappointed me very much. Why I pay for that service which I didn’t use. I visit bsnls office many times but they didn’t solve my problem so I give application to disconnect my broadband connection. But they take one month to close my connection and add internet charges in bill when I didnot use their service. I don’t recommend this broadband service to anyone. Don’t waste your time and money.
