As we know Bsnl is an Indian state-owned telecommunications company headquartered in New Delhi. One of the leading provider of telecom services and network management in India since 2000. Bsnl is the largest provider of fixed telephony and broadband services across India. This is the reason why I have opted for BSNL Broadband.
I have been using there bsnl broadband service since more than 8 years. Bsnl provide both wired and wifi service on 2g and 3g service. BSNL Broadband which I am using has decent speed neither slow nor fast. I have opted for unlimited download plan its price is reasonable and affordable . How ever the Speed of ISP connection is remains 1mbps till it crosses 5 gb of alloted data.
After crossing 5 gb the speed reduce to 514 kbps which is so annoying and irritate. Sometime webpage load very fast and vice versa. BSNL Broadband connection is very reliable and safe. Bsnl provide static IP which is very reliable, we can even analyze and troubleshoot the Internet connection by using traceroute and ping commands. Service & Support provided by BSNL Broadband is good but not excellent. We can reach them by calling in there customer care number, the response time is very slow compared to other broadband players. Even the support provided is not adequate to solve any issues related to bsnl broadband.
