BSNL is a worst network provider.
We are using their broadband service and it sucks when loading a heavy server.and dont anyone think about downloading something big more than 20 or 30 mb file because it will waste your time because it will take lots of time while downloading.
Its an request to them that look over your service because if you not look after your service you will out of the market rather than you are undertaking of government.its an serious issue.
