Bsnl that is owned by the government of india has always been criticised for it’s slow speed, though they have tried to increase it but have failed to match the expectations. The highest speed which it offers is 1mbps which is a rare site and there is now limit for slow. Whereas other service providers offer upto 10 mbps speed without much dip in the speed.
Given the fact that the speed of the connection fluctates a lot every minute makes it a less reliable one but only because of the brand name and the cost the network connection can be relied upon.
The only thing in which bsnl is far ahead of its competitors is the support it offers the costumers whenever they are facing issues. And the response to issues is very quick and the company makes sure that the problems of the costumers are solved and solved fast.
