BSNL Broadband

I am using the bsnl broadband and its such a very bad internet service.

I am using BSNL internet from last 6 month but I am very much disappointed because of issue of service and costumer support.

there is lots of issue with BSNL  broadband.

1. issue of speed. many time the speed go down some time very low and some time just 0 bites.

2. issue of service. I call CC for the complaint they just register the complaint and they cant sure when the service man come

3. issue of maintenance. maintenance is really very slow the line man came in 3 to 5 days to solve the problem, .

I think I have to change my broadband service.

BSNL IS WORST.
