My experience with BSNL is as follows-
Reliability- The connection is reliable and we rarely encounter any problems with it,
Customer service and support- BSNL’s customer care services are also just as reliable as its network, they are ready to help anytime on phone and also send their customer service employees to your house of the problem is not solved on phone.
Speed- The internet speed is just slightly less than what is promised by them. but the FUP plan provides very less high speed data.
Final verdict-
BSNL is currently best internet service provider available out here in India, in terms of the affordability of its plans and reliable network with excellent customer support.
