Well, from the begining I thought that bsnl would be nice because its a govt company, and a very old one too. but the harsh reality is its the fcuking worst as I expected!
their customer service is fcuked up everytime I called them, they ended up like "SIR WHAT WILL WE DO? THATS NOT OUR FAULT(like its my fault to take your connection), ITS THE SERVER. WE CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT EVERYTHING.
they dont have any fear because they know wheather they work or not they will get their salary on time. because its the fcuking company of govt.
its been a 3 months and the same problem occurs everytime everyday.
in my opinion if you are planning to take the bsnl broadband connection then it means you are going to fcuk yourself!
