In my opinion day by day bsnl service is getting poor because speed of the internet is not good enough I have bbg combo 945 monthly plan which does not provide enough speed to watch any video on youtube youtube videos lack quality and it takes to much time for buffering the video in sametime even if someone of my family member uses the wifi on any another device then the speed gets pathetic it looks like I am using a 2G speed in my phone in comparison to jio which is offering 2gb fuf plan and giving speed upto 19 mbps in my area and in comparison to my plan it just cost Rs500 and my plan which costs Rs 900 just gives me slightly more than one 1 mbps which is very less in comparison to jio and one thing I noticed when it is urgent for me to browse the internet then it stops working automativally sometimes its wifi don’t work then sometimes it’s ISP light will not glow and it’s isp won’t work so interms of service and realibilty bsnl is very pathetic and if sometimes your landline and broadband becomes dead it takes hell lot of time of for any bsnl people to come and restore to its proper position I mean after compailing to compailaint no of bsnl it takes around 4-5 days for them to come and fix it so that’s why I will recommend people to go for another broadband services like airtel or you can go with jiofi because they are giving decent speed and service which bsnl isn’t they should have to better their servicability because in today’s competitive world every people look for nice speed and service of the internet bsnl isn’t the value for money in this category.
