I took BSNL connection in Bangalore on March. The internet speed is very good. I’m very much satisfied. It is cheaper than other service providers like Airtel, Reliance. I took 2Mbps plan, sometimes, I’m getting 3 or 4MBPS even. FUP limit is also more when compared to other service providers. I took BBG Combo 1000 plan, getting 2Mbps upto 15GB. Earlier, I used Airtel for 1000rps, I got 2Mbps upto only 10 GB! So getting 5GB extra on BSNL.
As it is Govt company, the customer service is average, not bad.
