I have used it for a few months so far. But I had been through bad experiences while using this broadband. Now, I would like to share a few of them. A few things annoyed me are:
For the installation time, I had to wait for around five to seven days. I wanted it urgently then, but have ended up by waiting for that long time.
Whenever I used to get some techinacal issues, I was contacting customer care. But those technical issues weren’t solved quickly.
There used to be problems in the server and the speed was never constant.
It doesn’t give any offers that are extra talk time and internet security like other broad bands give.
Huge broadband bills or overcharging used to take place.
So I wouldn’t love to recommend to use this broadband.
