I have been using BSNL broadband for the past 2 years and every three months there will arise a problem and I have to call the line man to correct it. Last month, the phone connection went dead and so I could not use internet. I lodged a complaint in the BSNL customer care and till today no one has bothered to ring my doorbell.
I have even called the line man and he too is unwilling to do his duty. So why are they running a company if they cant service their customers? So yesterday, I bought a reliance netconnect usb modem and I am going to deactivate my internet connection.
Think what would have happened if privatization had not been brought in?
