Both Internet and Customer service are bad

Hello friends today I am going to share my experience with BSNL Broadband


1: I was using BSNL Broadband from March 2017, when I had applied for BSNL broadband in 2nd week of February 2017, I went to near by BSNL exchange office, I have experienced that at first you have to do strict paper formalities even you are from same state , I had been told that you need an application in written from your landlord after that I submitted my all documents for broadband , but here first they told me to open your landline connection first of all you need landline connection and you should have a landline phone then your broadband connection will open.


2: After 16 days one line man came to my house for checking the availability of line connection , he installed wire to my house and told me to buy a landline phone , I said I don’t need it then he told you after landline connection open you will avail your broadband connection and you will have both facilities calling and broadband, he told me the information about connection that in my area bsnl didn’t installed Fiber line they had copper wire , so I get maximum 8 MBPS speed .


3: I bought my old landline phone from hometown , and checked that my landline connection activated or not , it was not activated I went to Bsnl exchange Clement town , Dehradun and asked its been 20 says my connection still not opened then they assured me for next day it will activate.


4: Then after 2 days landline was working but my internet was not configured , so I again visited to BSNL exchange, I asked configure my Internet , I already had modem then they said choose your broadband service and plan


From office then I gone to customer service office and asked for broadban plans and configuration.


5 On the next day aboy from Bsnl came to configure the internet , finally after 20-25 days I got internet broadband.


6: We chose 249 plans in which till 1 GB the speed of plan is 2 mbps and after that 1 mbps , it was terrible experience for me because I had already used private internet service in delhi exitel ( I had given my reviews on exitel before) , in front of it this speed was nothing but I was satisfied that at least I can surf .


7: After fews days I had experienced that the speed of internet is flactuating and some times the line was dead , we called many times to exchange and complaint there but it happens most of the time because coper wire line installed by them instead of fiber line is not reliable.


8: Although our plans were of 249 but every months with taxes it was not same even we didn’t call from landline , I am sending my billing history of Broadband line .
