One of the worst experience I have ever had. Regarding of their services it’s very very poor. Even the speed of the net is also very slow it’s totally meaningless to be a bsnl customer. I felt regret of being a bsnl user. Instead of being a bsnl customer any other service will do better. At least they will not recover your queries.If u want your life to be slow go with bsnl otherwise choose some good option.
