BSNL worst customer service

I have used BSNL Broadband for 2 long years but not satisfied at all time. I am using 675 home plan. I check the Speed-test the first 1GB is 1mbps but I receive approx. 750 kbps. then 512 kbps unlimited but I receive 300 kbps approx. The modem is automatic reset or dsl per month a week the internet not working. I complaint the customer care he said clear the problem at 24 hours. The service executive coming and clear the problem after 4 to 5 days.

The Landline Wire is old and jointing 2 to 3 wires joint, this is the problem is internet is slow. Then I disconnect the service in Dec, 2014 but the deposit amount could not receive at this receive this time Feb, 2016. Irresponsible customer worst service.service has become so poor that it does not deserve any rating. Connection not stable. Customer Service: Very Poor. Some times it appears that the service switched off remotely by ISP. Once complaint is lodged service gets restored within 48 hours, for some time to enable them to close the complaint and after one or two hours again it breaks down.

They make money from customers with limited data plan packages at the cost of customers with unlimited data plan packages, who have paid in advance. This results in more income without expanding capacity and customers paying in advance with unlimited data plans, have no option but to suffer. None of the top responsible officials is ever available at their local office. All their call center operators are equipped with standard responses and do not share contact details of higher ups. dont want to prefer this anyone because the services and speed of broadband is very poor.
