We had two options for broadband service: airtel or bsnl.Airtel at that time was in some sort of issue of net neutrality or something so we opted bsnl.
But the service bsnl provides in not par.The internet connection gets almost once a week.We have opted for a plan of unlimited internet at 675/- so yes it is damn cheap and cost wise it is very effective.
I mostly use the net during night time so the net is also very fast and so it is not so much of a problem.
Though I find that the customer service is not at all good.They cut the call and when dialled again, they don’t pick up the phone.Overall, not par yet not bad considering the money I am paying for the service.
