It’s no surprise that BSNL is the worst performing broadband services out there, but has lower prices than most of the broadband services. The internet speed is ok especially when taking into account the speed that we get after the high-speed data, to be honest, you won’t even notice the drop in speed unless you watch something on youtube. In the other providers even google homepage won’t be loading.
The connection is not at all reliable, I think they have a specific algorithm which disconnects the internet when you need it the most.
Customer care: They have a motto "We Don’t Care", they definitely don’t which they will prove every time you call them. Why would they, they are government servants, even the govt can’t remove them:P
