I am trying EXCEl SIM in chennai. Please . .
If any one give me a sim of excel card in Chennai - EXCEL I will give them 100 rupees extra..

and roaming to south india free..
I m worknng here from NOv I did not got a sim here..
are the bsnl tied up with airtel or any private company..
if they do like this they will lose the customers..
they may not become no1 also..
