Billing

The post paid cellone services are damn good except for the fact that a subscriber faces problems while depositing bills. there are no proper bill deposition counters. the only few that are too crowded-the cheque drop box facility isn’t reliable because you never know whether your cheque has been received by them or not. at the end of the day you end up with disconnection. besides, there in no way for a subscriber to know his current billing status.

however, cellone gives you excellent connectivity from rural areas to cities-far better than any other mobile phone operator.the std rates are very low and the plus point is that if you call up any BSNL landline phone through std you do not have to par airtime. since most of the country is covered by bsnl’s bfone- this is a boon for those who make too many std calls to landlines. I had been using essar cellphone prior to this-and I tell you it is damn bad. despite the billing glitches bsnl rules.
