I am using this operator since ten years.Its call rates are too high as compared to the other network operators.You have to recharge for six months regularly so that you will you have incoming calls.If you wont recharge after your expiry of the plan voucher a call will come from the BSNL customer care that you have to recharge your number otherwise the have the right to remove your numver.Other network provides lifetime free incoming calls but this is not with the BSNL.Data costs are also high.I dislike this mobile operator because of high cost.
