I really do not know that what is the problem of this network. Whenever I need it, its signals are always week. No matter where I go, I mostly find bad coverage of its signals which really frustrates me. If you will look at the overview of BSNL so far, as far as I have seen that prices of data packs have increased and 3G is like 2G and 2G is like five to ten kilobites per second. I am not saying that it is bad always but most of the times it is.
Yes, the only good thing about BSNL is its free roaming everywhere across the country which is a good one and I appreciate it. But really, is that enough for any cellular network?
No, surely no!
The tarriff plans are ok but not so good. The worst part is that whenever I need to talk to customer care, often it takes so long and they just make me go round and round for the service and each time I have to tell the whole problem to the next person which is really annoying. As it is a service which is provided by government so it should be the best or if they cannot achieve that position so atleast the service should be up to mark. That is all which I wanted to deliver.
