2) Use it at your place of work and home
3) If the network is bad, then call customer care and complain
Note: You could get disconnected while talking to them at some areas!
4) The network would get augmented within a week depending on your location
5) Get the necessary papers like address proof, photos, cash and submit the application form
6) The sim card would get activated in an hour
BSNL charges are amongst the cheapest. Only service provider amongst big players(airtel, hutch and BSNL) that allows incoming calls even after the sim card vailidity has expired.
We get the best signal when we are in the open space like balcony or outside the buildings!
Online recharge is not available, so you cannot recharge via citibank, icici, etc. U can get recharge coupons from post offices, bangalore one and oxigen recharge centers
You get good promotional offers with up to 25% free additional talk time, so wait till then and recharge for the full year!
