Bsnl cellone provided very poor services.i am using bsnl services and most of the time network coverage is out of reached.
When we call customer care they put on hold for 20-25 min. and after that they didn’t solve issues. bsnl services is worst service among all service provider. anytime they cut balance from our phone and didn’t give any satisfactory reasons & activate any kind of plans which we don’t required.
