The service provided by BSNL is so so! It is still not exciting to the subscriber. IIt’s admitable that in some remote areas BSNL reaches to the subscriber .There are areas where other are rgiving coverage very smoothly, BSNL fails there. . Moreover, in some locations in big cities, BSNL signal is too feeble . Signal remains unreachable sometimes in a day. These are the weaknesses of BSNL cellone. But there are strengths also viz. Its tariffs are better than other service providers . It has no hidden cost like others . Sometimes it gives some lucrative offers for the subscribers. Nowadays BSNL connections are easily available.
Considering all the factors, BSNl cellone is preferred. One can go for the connection of prepaid or postpaid . But lifetime i.e. excell anant is not yet so suitable . But private service providers are giving a bit better offers for life time connection. BSNL should think over the tariff and also should ensure about the reaching of signals allover the country. BSNL is having largest no. of towers throughout the country and the authority should look into the enhancement of their capacity to reach to every corners of the country.
