I have a postpaid connection I have an avge monthly bill of Rs 300/- upto the month of oct-2006 after introduction of PLAN-123 I have migrated to that and I got nearly 800
odd bill in the month of NOV-2006 so I payed that bill and I have gone to SDE(comml) office at Kakinada and payed Rs 56/- and opted for Detailed Billing for the month of NOV-06 in the ist week of DEC-2006 <<<<<<<< - - Upto now I have not received any detailed billing receipt. I have lost my cell with sim on 28th Dec-06 which is felldown in an auto rikshow. So I went to my parent exchange where I have taken cell connection in the year 2003 i. e. Samalkot (east godavary) and opted for new sim by paying Rs 112/- on 29th DEC-2006.
Upto now my SIM is not activated (see it is being late for more than a month) In the 3rd week of JAN-2007 I went to SDE (comml) Kakinada and explained all the matter and he adviced me to write a letter for activating my sim with old no and "Rental waival" for that period.
But I have received bills and I am not interested to pay the bills. Iam a regular cell user which iam paying averagely Rs 300 and being a consumer for BSNL morethan 2yrs I feel that your service towards consumers is worst. Upto now nobody interested to work towards my cell reconnection. So why should I be a consumer for BSNL. I have lost all my patience. Finally I have gone to your franchisee at Samalkot and he responded and taken my SIM and sent to Rajahmundry cellone section they are available at 0883-2439900 I have tryied this no a lot times and iam unable to catch them.
