i am using the bsnl broadband services at jaipur for a year now ....and I am pretty satisfied with the speed . there is only one problem that is with the customer care ....if you face a problem sometimes they just dont know what to do .....that is one needs to have all the knowledge from his own sources otherwise ...you just have to wait ..n wait ....that too to find out who is the correct person to contact .......but overall if you have good knowledge about computers n how this technology works ....then its a completely hassle free service . and yes at an economical price. I just hope they improve their service n support infrastructure as they really lack on this department ...and the competition is fast catching up ...the other companies just need to work their price structure ...coz that’s the only thing which is holding companies like reliance n sify back !
