I requested for BSNL BROADBAND( WIRED) ON **21/05/2012** AND PAID ***500 INR*** as initial deposit. But as of **09/10/2013** they haven’t provided the connection and also not yet refunded the amount. They are stating that some issue with free pair lines in this particular area (Kengeri, Bangalore) . *I made a complaint to all the higher level official but no response.
No body is interested to fix the issues that too in Bangalore.
