It is waste of public money for giving BSNL Employee salaries. even a single employee work in BSNL Office. If we get any internet problem or telephone line issue when we call they won’t take call. All the time its ringing what the f*k employees do when call ringing.
For a small issue I had to call 100 times to BSNL and problem will solve after 10 days. Some times they will advice us to go for private network connections if you want immediate solutions.
They have a strong confidence that there job never get rescission. So they are doing time-pass on work hours.
