I always felt that only BSNL can provide the best Broadband service in India.(As it has control over all the ISPs in India). But to my surprise the other ISPs are fast catching up.Some are getting better.
=> Airtel 1100 unlimited plan gives 512kbps download.it is good.
Though we pay 350 more than BSNLs 750 plan, There is no other plan in BSNL that would match this Airtel Rate.

I prefer downloading linux OSs(about 4GB).Thats when I feel like killing myself for using this 750 plan where it downloads at about 30kbps.:-(
(Only Advantage in UL750)Since some members in my house need voice chat and some other chat based stuff.(they chat like no ones business).i have to settle with this.( limited plan would shoot up the bill rates in this case).
Though the speed in Limited-500 plan is gr8, Free-Night-download scheme is set awkwardly between 2:00AM to 8:00 AM.
For limited-500 plan they provide us a comprehensive break-up of downloads for each session.But still.I don’t believe the download calculation that they report.:-(
