I took a bsnl broadband connection last month . Have to pay 500Rs for a new connection. chosen a 750 plan also, in gaurentee to give me a new connection within a week. they also assured that 750/- will be only charged. They took two months to give me a new connection and took 1 week to activate broadband service . speed they told is 512 kbps but im getting 20 kbps .nw the bill came
landline installation charge : 500Rs(without phone)
landline deposit :500Rs
Broadband deposit : 750
Broadband installation charge :250 (for this I have to go BSNL office with my modem it took 5 minutes)
modem I bought my own they even wont give that instrument too.but never forgets to charge on all of them
Total : 2000/-
They have given me favour :500 Rs my new connection deposit deducted from this thank god :(
Now I called customer care. I asked y this much bill. I wanted to know how my bill came like this.. They answered. You better disconnect your connection. I visited all bsnl offices in my region and met some uneducated idiots sitting there to ruine that company
So in total my 1500 +1200 (modem cost) =2700 /- is gone with no use...
please dont take bsnl broadband
