I am using BSNL Broadband for last three years. But if any one ask me how is it. Then I am not going to recommend it to any one specially in Agra if they have any other alternatives. My half of the month goes under complaint only.
The most idiotic thing is that no one bother about attending my complaint and simply close it.
I filed an RTI for the same that how complaint is being addressed in the organisation and what went wrong with my complaint then reply was very interesting.
They replied that I was informed telephonically. Such a vague answer.
Recently I chosen a new plan 900 combo home. BSNL claims to give 4 Mbps speed up to 8 GB data. But I didn’t get even one fourth of that.
I registered complaint for the same twice and I have already told you about the treatment given in turn. The greatest thing is that one of their engineer told me that sir it wont give such speed at any cost.
Now the next step from my side will be again send a RTI for all such reasons.
