BSNL IS THE WORST BROADBAND SERVICE PROVIDER

WORST SERVICE. This is what all I can say about the broadband service of BSNL. I took the connection one year back. Till date it hasn’t worked continuously even for 5 days. FREQUENT DISCONNECTION is the CUSTOMER SERVICE MANTRA OF BSNL BROADBAND.


When I call their customer care (which I was in a position to call them atleast 5 times in a week due to their pathetic service) most of the time I won’t get the line. Even If I manage to get the line, the terrible thing is; the executives would take the call and they won’t speak with me. I have to keep on saying "HELLO". But there won’t be any response from their side. Even if they attend my call, all they would say is; they have forwarded my complaint. They would say this for atleast one week.


They don’t even have qualified SERVICE PERSONNEL to resolve customer queries. When the installation person came to my home; for installation, he doesn’t even know how to open the internet settings in the system. He has simply connected the chords in to the modem and gone. He doesn’t even checked whether  the connection is working or not. The pathetic thing is the connection hasn’t worked properly after installation. He doesn’t even cared about that and gone away without giving me any resolution. BSNL deserves last position in the telecom service space purely due to their worst customer service. If they go at this rate; nobody can save the PSU BSNL from getting wiped away from the market. Please don’t go for BSNL BROADBAND CONNECTION. It’s pathetic. Go for private players. Even if they charge more; their service would be satisfactory.
