I know that bsnl wasn’t very reliable like 3 years ago.I have heard a lot of negative comments about it in the past.I got the connection in 2009 and have never faced any problem at all. I had asianet broadband before and it used to get disconnected like10 times a week.
I really enjoyed quality broadband when I got bsnl.But one thing I dislike is that I need to keep their landline phone if I want their broadband. I live in Kerala, so I don’t know if the service is as good in other parts of the country.
