I agree with all the negative comments on BSNL.
They are the most unprofessional company you can imagine. I applied for their new broadband connection a few weeks ago and it took forever for them to a provision in their backend.
We escalated up their management chain and the response was that the folks who were supposed to do the work we all out on training.
A bunch of morons. Another thing with BSNL is they sub-contract parts of their service and they dont pay their sub-contractors on time. So the sub-contractors sabotage the service frequently.
