I am using Bsnl from 4 years ago.Very bad services in Rural hilly areas.I am using 750 plan.According to this plan bsnl should provide me 1mb/s download speed for till 2gb , But they only provide me 250kb/s download speed for till 2gb.The best thing is in this plan is they offer me unlimited internet.Sometimes monkeys cut the wire of internet .We face very problems in communicate with relatives after wire cut.We call to bsnl customer care to repair wire, but they always asking excuses to delay the work.After 7 or 8 days they repair the wire.
