Don’t ever think about BSNL, service and response of lineman and technician are pathetic, they have given the service to the third party vendor(Daksh Enterprises, Bangalore), attitude of the technician is worst, he don’t know how to talk to the customer, they will provide a cheap single band(2.4GHZ) router named DBC technologies, my humble request to all please don’t waste your money, BSNL wont learn from their previous mistakes, and they wont learn in future also.
