The wiring was done on September. They fetched the modem on 3rd of October and obtained payment of INR 1500. The BSNL have levied all charges in Land-line bill of September including the unused FTTH bill. The usual last bill due date is 25th on every month. Used to make payment thru paytm, but last month bill didn’t reflect even after 25th. On 27th once again I tried fetching Bill. It reflected to my astonishment it was 3000 plus.
The horrible experience is to inquire I went to Vimanapura branch from were I obtained the connection. They directed me to Indiranagar, such a filthy atmosphere, apart from this the interaction with the staffs worse than a RTO or Govt staffs. All ageis sugaris will make u ponder to 1st 2nd 3rd floor. Nothing will be sorted out because they won’t be available in the seats. Unworthy staffs who are not even fit for 10k salary are in bsnl. Government is not Taking any step to eradicate bsnl.
