Unreliable connection and poor customer support

During this pandemic, where a good internet connection is crucial for our day to day work, I am really struggling with this BSNL FTTP connection that I have opted. It is very reliable as it can get disconnected any with a PON error and the red light blinking. Raising a complaint will say it will be resolved in 24 hours every time which doesn’t help meet our urgent requirements. We have been provided with a couple of contacts of the customer services representative in my area. 95% percent of the time their numbers are not reachable, engaged or they do not pick up the call and don’t call back either. Sometimes when we are explaining our frustration and the inconvenience the internet disruption is causing to us, they even have the audacity to cut the abruptly. BSNL has always been my preferred service provider, but now I am rethinking if I need to change it.
