BSNL as any other public sector organization is currently in this pathetic state due to its lethargic employees and use of primitive technologies. I was using BSNL for around 8 years, 2009 to 2017. internet speed both upload/download was pathetic(sometimes around 4Mbps) and I always felt mobile data was far better. If we raise a complaint for speed related issue, the technician would come home, replace old wires with new, change the switch boxes, assures everything would work fine, collects a tip for 50rs and then flees away. INternet speed remains same. There are no technically qualified professionals to identify the issue and provide resolution in BSNL. Even after multiple visits by the technicians the speed was still low. Then private competitors ventured into the BB business and I decided to move to Airtel BB. After switching to Airtel I was fully satisfied and had very minimal issues in service/speed/payment etc. I would rate Airtel 100 times better than crappy BeeAssNL
