As an annoyed customer I am compelled to write this review. At first I would like to say that the features which BSNL IPTV offers are far too good as compared to other DTH services but the problem lays in the service. On paper IPTV looks pretty decent but when you see the service it fails to excel. Customer service and the help desk is very poor, the response of the technical team is not up to the mark. I think BSNL should need to enhance the service and should replace all the copper connection into Fiber connection for better performance. I would say that IPTV is the future of television but only when BSNL will provide better service and replace all the copper lines into fiber.
