MYWAY should be your last choice or better of sell your tv and you will live in peace. These customer service representatives sitting somewhere in gurgoan are some of the worst hire you can get. I recharged the voucher for 200 Rs and was not able to watch the movie as advertised, I would have made countless number of calls to the customer care and it was never solved.
The usual response would be that there is some problem in the back end system.I even had all call logs collected from airtel so that I can show you how many of those calls where made to 1860-26-MYWAY. Unfortunately, I can’t attach the phone logs here, trust me the call charges would be more than the 200 Rs voucher I bought. If you are wondering yes the number is not a toll free and they sell co branded with BSNL.
Isn’t it kind of a joke for a company to sell under one of the largest telecom operators banner yet not provide a toll free number. I have masked some of my phone numbers and shared the bill as an image in the below location(copy paste below url to see one of my bill, tinypic is a image sharing site and I have posted my bill as an image masking certain personal calls.)
