Hello everyone I am Mantasha from Jaipur I want to share my experience of BSNL Tablet.I bought this tablet 2 years ago and now I have to send the right platform to share my experiemce of this tablet.I had purchased this tablet from online TV channel that is the shop CJ I had ordered Penta model number WS702c.The Penta tablet delivered at my home in just 5 days I was very much happy by seeing the tablet my tablet was red in colour the colour is totally different I was very excited to use and to show off this tablet but in 15 to 20 days only this tablet is become useless and worthless.In the first week it works really very well as compared to other tablet but the worst thing is that started becoming slower day by day.When I kept the tablet for tablet for 1 -2 day without using, it discharge completely.The tablet was in guarantee for six months but within 10 days only stop working the battery is worst.Try to contact customer care but I was unable to contact them properly because of their behaviour they are so rude and dont know how to talk with their customers how to solve the problem of their customers.I call the customer care services and told them that my tablet is in guarantee period and I purchased it just 15 to 18 days before it is not working I told her the whole situation that I stated earlier than what she told me very disgusting. She replied me very rudely in a bad tone that maam it is not the companys fault, it might be your mistake because we never heard any problem like this before that the tab suddenly stop working your tab might be fall into the water or from the height so it is your mistake it is not the companys fault and then she cut the phone .Seriously how rude they are and nothing had happened like this she is not ready to listen to me she was just busy in saying the useless things worst worstt tab and worst customer service please guys do not go to buy this tab either online or from Any shop because this tab is good for nothing it is worst what could be more than worst it is more than words.
