BSNL bad customer support

Dear all,


I am very old user of bsnl land line and mobile. as bsnl have so many facilities but just because they related to govt service. they have lots of problem.


i want to share few things here.




  1. I don’t have bsnl proper network at my home. even in the case that the mobile tower and office is near by my home.




  2. In November 2012 I got reconnected to bsnl broadband with the plan of 750 UL. even a customer Representative came at home and suggest me this plan. After 2 months of service I got disconnection problem by the bsnl network. So I decide to change the broadband service. I went to office and submit the service stop form.






Next month I got bill of 200 rs of land line rental. I am confused as I have 1200 Rs. annual plan. I went to office and asked about this. I cant believe what they said. they said that just because I got plan of 750 rs. I am not liable to use the annual plan. now they are charging me for 200 rs. per month.


I am looking for some port service for land-line also. Bsnl have very poor service.
