Believe it or not..! it really came as a biiiiiiiig surprise for me when I was given a new telephone connection
in bhubaneswar within one month of applying for it..no underhand money..no recommendation..no strings pulling.. just like that within one month..it seems that bsnl has started understanding that better service always pays off. unable to realise whether they have really become service oriented or just an aberration. in the face of stiff competition from private operators in basic services..this kind of service is required to keep them in the forefront.
