Yet another sarkari baabuus looting openly No one can take any action on them. It advertises some thing & try to sell some extra thing. Here take my example: when I want to have broadband connection I found BSNL has two types of connections i.e BB Home UL 499, UL means unlimited -without Land Line @ 499 Rs, 256 kbps & BB Home Combo UL 625, Combo UL means unlimited + Land Line @ 625 Rs, 256 kbps. -which costs extra.

So I decided to take UL only and called BSNL, They told they can’t give UL, they will give only Combo UL then I wondered why they advertises it. I answered I don’t want. After some days I called again & said, I was willing to take Combo UL (even if I don’t like ) because broadband was necessary for me. Then the sales guy was trying to explain other plan which is BB Home Combo UL 750, 512 kbps, which means I have to pay 750 /monthly, that was disgusting for me. I can’t tell what bad words were coming out of my mouth but I controlled.
Instd of giving services what I want they are trying to sell which they wanted to sell. there is major diff between 499 rs & 750 rs. They claim they are major Tele & ISP provider. U just imagine how they are doing business, many customers were trapped by their false adds which is punishable but still they are surviving.
