Worst service by BSNL

I have registered for a BSNL Connection on 05/08/2009 and paid Rupees 2000 also.


Till date I have not received any information on the connection.


I have called customer care a number of times to enquire about the status of connection and nothing is fruitful.


Even the customer care told


1.They have no idea about the registeration




  1. Since they are in Rajaji nagar they cannot the trace the status of registeration which is done in Vimanapura office




Then for what the hell these customer service officers are sitting there and doing the so called service?


I went to BSNL Exchange near Tin factory about a month back and enquired about it.


The lady there told a number of reasons


1.Cable is not available




  1. Service will come only when cable is available




  2. We can not tell when the cable will be available




  3. She gave me a number and asked to follow it with the so called Nagaiah 08020127432 to follow it up






Next week I went and inquired about the same




  1. Now cable is available




  2. She called Nagaiah and asked about the connection




  3. He told if DB is given, connection will be done




  4. She assured me within a week you will get a new connection.






I waited for 2 weeks. Todya I called the so called Nagaiah and is in the same state and went back to the same lethargic and non working PSU office.


It was told connection will not be possible and it will take time. I went to banasvadi immediately and gave a letter to terminate the registeration


Why the BSNL Employees and the customer services is so bad on this hell?


Do they think they are the only one guru in this world to get a connection?


Lets people teach these idiots a lesson.


Eating peoples money and doing nothing for the people.


Now I realise why the company like airtel is growing immensely with proper customer service.


Dont go for the products of BSNL. If you have a vehicle and have time to run from here and there and money to satisfy the Sleeping, lethargic employees.


At last I am left with mental agony only, I am completely not satisfied with BSNL


I welcome privatisation of PSUs


Where the erring employees will be thrown out immediately.
