Hi Do U Know what Does BSNL Means Do not go for any Connection even by mistake In Hindi it means Bhool Se Na Lena. This I came to Know when I got BSNL MOBILE Cell One connection. So many times I have asked for ECHO in my cell they said it is the mistake of my Hand set When I am Working in the same field in Railways. The Customer Care persons never give proper response to your complaints .
One Example Compliant That I am not getting MTNL Mob. Numbers from my Mobile (Compliant Number 966220) Where as Both are the same (BSNL & MTNL) Cust.Care Asked me To put again another Compliant so on 26/6/05 I have Given another Compliant ( No.974461) But since that time to till date BSNL COULD NOT FIND THE FAULT & telling me We will attend & will rectify you problem SOON Since that date BSNLs Soon not came in picture so far .
Second one is I am the regular payer of BSNL land line bills that too in time but after paying bill of Aug. 2005 in time by Cheque they got in time too, but my Line disconnected in the Had of NONPAYMENT OF BILL. Whose mistake it is ? Is it mine?
From 08.00 Hrs of 8th Aug. to 18.00 Hrs of 9thAug. My phone remained disconnected for which I have suffered a lot. I wrote to higher Authorities several times non of them took any interest. I am giving the copy “”Sirs, This is my Third Mail to You Still No Action has been taken so far nor You have made any call to me. may I know the Reason?
Because Of this Treatment BSNL is Failing in this field . Other Operators are taking Quick Action. Please Reply Me .

The bill of my telephone No 2462518 under A/c No AA061678 was Paid by me through Allahabad Bank Cheque No.o66395 dated 11/07/2005 at Andhra Bank, Paryavas Bhavan Branch on 11/07/2005. But it is Most regretted to say that you have disconnected my above telephone from 08/07/2005 since Morning, even after I have paid all dues in time.
I have urgent need of the telephone and the same has gone disconnected due to which I have to bear financial losses as well as mental tension. Before disconnecting my phone I should have been advised, Or intimated.
You are requested to look in to the matter and reconnect the telephone immediately. Other wise I will knock the door of Consumer Forum in this regard.
I have given this in your Area Colony Exch. Office on 09/07/2005. Still this Date I have not intimated what action has been taken Or how & why it has happened? It is whose mistake.
With this experience do You Expect I will go for Broad Band connection? As I have received You Mail.

Your telephone has been reconnected and working satisfactorily as confirmed by office of Chief General Manager at Bhopal which contacted your telephone No. What about my trouble, Mantel Tension , BSNL Officers have no concern. With this Thee lagged Rees BSNL is Going in Broad band & now in some new in Mobile serves OH God take care of those costumers Let them get the sound sleep.
