I wanted to take an new internet connection for my home, i am already using a different internet service provider, but I wanted bsnl specially because it is an Indian product and they also give you free landline service, its more like a combo offer.
So I called the customer care for a New Connection but for my suprise they told me to wait for sometime, i waited for 5 minutes.
They didnt reply so I cut the call and I again called them and I waited for 10 minutes still no reply, so I cut that call again and called for the last time and I waited for 15 minutes and I decided that this is waste of my time.So I quit the idea of a new connection.So I would suggest you all not to register for their services as the service is very cheap.Over all this is a bad way to treat a customer.
